WHAT IF YOU WENT THERE?

Anger is a universal human emotion. Although we all experience anger, it is often considered socially unacceptable. Many of us receive confusing messaging around rage as children. When we don’t have healthy outlets for anger and the emotion is habitually repressed, it can explode in damaging and destructive ways or implode into depression, despondency, and hopelessness. At the end of the day, anger is energy. It can motivate us to express our needs and boundaries. It can be creative, and juicy and help us tap into our primal life force!

Inspirational text on a blue and gold background reading: 'Are you ready to take control of your story, step into your power, channel your anger, create constructive change. Let us show you how!'
