Each session begins with check-in. Where are you starting from today? What is your physical, emotional, and mental state? From this place of recognition and acceptance, you are lead through an inquiry leading toward your intention for the mediation.

What are you ready to release? What are you willing to embrace? We then guide you through a meditation incorporating the aims of your articulated intention for the day. Breath-work, visualization, and energy techniques create the space to facilitate healing and growth.

Afterward, we have a check-in for you to explore and share your journey and experience. We will discuss ways to incorporate what you have learned, witnessed, and experienced into your daily life. Thus, you move into the next cycle of your creative healing journey. This deep dive into yourself is the perfect way to reconnect to your core essence and reinforce your aims and personal work.
