AGREEMENTS AND GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPANTS IN OUR COMMUNITY
We at Panacea Path are dedicated to diversity, differing beliefs and perspectives, open communication, acceptance, and personal growth. To ensure a positive and enriching experience for all participants, we ask that you adhere to the following agreements and guidelines. Failure to do so will result in your removal from the community.
Take Responsibility:
Because we foster dialogue and discourse within a diverse community, you will naturally come into contact with points of view that you disagree with. Here is a guideline for how you can handle those moments if you notice you begin to get emotionally charged.
Your trigger is your responsibility. Feeling an intense emotion or vehemently disagreeing with someone does not permit you to communicate violently.
Take a pause. Take a breath. Reflect on where your point of view is coming from. Acknowledge that your perspective is personal to you. Feel the feelings. Own them. That is where the healing happens.
Rather than trying to debate your point of view, practice validating the other perspective and sharing your differing point of view from a place of honest vulnerability.
Respect for Diversity:
This community will not tolerate any hate speech about any group of people. Engaging in such behavior will result in your removal from the community.
Embrace and celebrate our community's diversity of beliefs, backgrounds, and perspectives.
Avoid making assumptions about others based on their beliefs, and approach discussions with an open mind.
People do not need to mirror your ideas, beliefs, or attitudes. You are allowed to disagree with anyone and anything RESPECTFULLY. If you do not feel you have something constructive to add to a dialogue, it is better to reflect on why you are so adamant about your point of view. Are you only seeing one side of the story? Why is that?
Open Communication:
Engage in open and honest communication, fostering an environment where everyone feels heard and respected.
Use inclusive and considerate language, refraining from offensive or discriminatory comments.
Acceptance and Tolerance:
Practice acceptance and tolerance towards differing beliefs and lifestyles.
Avoid judgment and criticism, recognizing that each individual's spiritual journey is unique.
If you notice you are judging someone else in their journey, that is an opportunity to pause and reflect on your personal bias. What is the wound there? Can you share about the vulnerability without accusing, blaming, or speaking violently?
Personal Growth:
Encourage and support each other's personal growth and spiritual development.
Share insights and experiences with a positive and constructive approach.
Conflict Resolution:
Address conflicts respectfully and directly with the parties involved, promoting open dialogue.
If necessary, seek mediation or assistance from community leaders to resolve disputes.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others within the community.
What we share here stays here. You are allowed to share your own experience. You do not have permission to speak about anyone else. Stay in your lane.
Refrain from sharing personal information without consent.
Mindful Posting:
Be mindful of the content you share, ensuring it aligns with the community's values. For more on this, please see the 12 Universal Laws
Avoid spamming or engaging in disruptive behavior that detracts from the community's purpose.
Inclusive Language:
Use language that is inclusive and considerate of diverse perspectives.
Be aware of the potential impact of your words on others.
Cultural Sensitivity:
Be culturally sensitive. We honor and respect the wisdom of every tradition. We listen with reverence and respect to the teachings of ascended masters across space and time. We believe that sacred knowledge is for everyone. We do not condone the appropriating of practices, beliefs, images, and symbols without properly respecting and acknowledging their cultures of origin.
Ask questions and seek understanding rather than making assumptions about cultural practices.
Constructive Feedback:
Provide feedback in a constructive and supportive manner.
Foster an environment where members feel comfortable expressing their opinions and ideas.
Participation and Contribution:
Actively participate in community discussions and activities.
Contribute positively to the growth and development of the community.
Adherence to Platform Rules:
Follow the rules and guidelines of the platform hosting our community.
Report any inappropriate behavior to community leaders for appropriate action.
By participating in our community, you agree to abide by these agreements and guidelines. Your commitment to these principles helps create a supportive and uplifting space for all members. If you cannot follow these guidelines, you will not be able to participate in our community. Thank you for being a valuable part of our community! Let's keep this space safe, constructive, authentic, and ascending. We all have work to do and here we can do it together.
